Plynlimon Press was formed
in 2013 by Des Taylor and Martin Mumby to
publish Des's book 'Great Days Extra'.
Plynlimon Press was named after the Plynlimon
Mountains in Wales where the source of the River
Severn and River Wye can be found. These two
spectacular rivers are particular favourites of
both Des and Martin, so it was only right that
they honoured it in this way.
Martin's reputation is second to none in the
world of angling publications.
His first project was "The Fishing
Diaries of Eddie Price". This book has become
one of the most desirable and collectable
fishing books ever produced. Martin has worked
and liaised with some legendary anglers in
recent years, the most recent being 'Big Des'
with Great Days Extra.
Martin and Des are always interested in new
angling books so would be more than happy to
discuss your latest project and offer help and
advice on publishing, self publishing and also
their book design and graphic design service.
